Part-time Retail Associate
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable part-time Retail Associate to join the Ritual fam!
Responsibilities -
- Responsible for sales and customer service in a fun, hands-on shop environment
- Process transactions through our POS system
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products and mission and be able to make recommendations/educate customers
- Day to day tasks such as replenishing product and keeping the shop tidy
- Assist with events and general marketing
Availability -
- ~10-15 hours/week
- Days/hours are flexible
- Available some weekends
Requirements -
- Retail experience and retail math knowledge preferred but not required
- An interest in all things sustainability and wellness
- Great communication/customer service skills
- Friendly personality & positive attitude :)
- Social media knowledge a plus!
